This pattern was designed for a intro to colorwork class I taught. If you are new to stranded knitting this is the pattern for you!

Sometimes we all need a little love and other times a reminder to love. Hearts on Hearts warms the soul and brings a smile to my face. I hope it does the same for you.

Knit in the round, Hearts on Hearts cowl begins with a ribbed edge, transitions to a charted two color stranded knitting body, then back to a ribbed edge. This cowl fits comfortably close to the neck so choose yarn you know to be soft on the skin. When choosing the contrast color, this design works equally well with solid colors as it does with a long color changing yarn.
