Need a quick, easy Halloween decoration or gift that is fun to knit? Love knitted toys but hate fiddling with all the little pieces? This little felted witch with an amigurumi vibe can be whipped up in no time with wool scraps. Each body piece is cleverly constructed flat and seamlessly in garter stitch, felted, and then joined with a quick whip stitch. Directions to knit her hat (flat with a seam) are provided in two sizes. Tips for felting by hand are also included. This pattern has been designed to give the knitter many options for needles and yarn so that you can use what you have on hand.

Skills: For the most part you’ll need to be able to knit, purl, increase and decrease, and pick up and knit a few stitches. If you’ve never knit intarsia (two colors) before, don’t fret – it’s really easy in this pattern.
