This pattern was inspired by French writer Perrault’s fairy tale “Le Petit Poucet” aka Hop o’my Thumb.
These socks feature a simple front pattern which runs from top to toe, making a single stitch cable traveling from side to side, with some beads to show the way back home… The trail is framed by two 6-stitch cables.
On the back of the sock, well… a giant and intricate cable tree might make you want to run away, branches hanging down from the cuff and roots disappearing into heel flap. Will you find your way ?

For the moment, only 64-stitch size available, but I guess this could be easily adapted for shorter or larger sizes.
