Welcome to my second mystery shawl KAL! I don’t want to give too much away as it’s a mystery but I will tell you that it’s a sideways knit shawl that uses 3 different colours. It’s a wide, fairly shallow shawl that’s perfect for wrapping yourself up in on those cold, icy, winter mornings.

If you want to buy from you LYS or use from stash you can find full yarn details below. A fluffy yarn (brushed alpaca or mohair) works really well for C1 and then a sport weight yarn for C2 and C3 that blooms when washed.

All techniques used in this pattern will be fully described with links to tutorials where necessary.

C1: Fyberspates ‘Cumulus’ (74% Baby Suri Alpaca, 26% Mulberry Silk; 164 yds / 150m per 0.88 oz / 25g); 2 skeins
C2: Stolen Stitches ‘Nua’ (60% Merino, 20% Yak, 20% Linen; 153 yds / 140 m per 1.76 oz / 50 g); 2 skeins
C3: Stolen Stitches ‘Nua’ (60% Merino, 20% Yak, 20% Linen; 153 yds / 140 m per 1.76 oz / 50 g); 1 skein
Approximate Yardage: C1: 328 yds (300 m), C2: 276 yds (252 m), C3: 123 yds (112 m).
