You can use your snowmen as a ‘hat’ for the Innocent Age UK Big Knit charity knit www.thebigknit.co.uk or as an egg cosy. I Made them in lots of different colour combinations to give a whole rainbow of snowmen. the pattern includes instructions for 3 different types of hats and 3 different styles of scarfs.

Use double knitting (USA Light Worsted) yarn and 4.0mm(UK size 8, USA size 6) needles.
The hats and the body and head can be knit in the round or knit flat- the sacrfs are knit flat. Snowmen are approximately 6cm (2.4 inches) wide by 9cm (3.5 inches) tall.
