♥ This beautiful knitted and felted purse was named after Iris - The Goddess of Color. She is also known as one of the goddesses of the sea and the sky. What an inspiration for colors. I choose a bright spectrum of color for this bag, but can imagine it would be beautiful in any color range, simple stripes, or a solid.

♥ This pattern can be made with any wool that can be felted. It is knitted with two strands of yarn held together as one. This technique makes the bag firmer when felted.

♥ The finished size varies due to felting, these are approximately 10 ¼“ high from the base and 12” across the top (where there are tucks), 15” across the bottom if it is laying perfectly flat.
