The size will vary depending on the yarn used. If you use the recommended yarns, Java will be 14.5“ tall (37 cm).

Skill Level: Advanced beginner to intermediate

Materials

  • Any yarn size 4 (medium) in black, light gray, dark gray, ivory and pink
  • Crochet thread in black
  • Crochet Hook size 3.0 mm
  • Safety eyes ( I use 14 mm oval )
  • Tapestry needle and sewing needle
  • Fiberfill for stuffing
  • Stitch markers
  • Scissors
  • Sewing pins

Techniques you need to know:
Alternating colors, magic circle, sc, sc increase, invisible decrease, hdc, dc, bobble st, picot st. Embroidering/sewing skills are a plus.

A little fun fact:
White-cheeked gibbons are critically endangered animal. They live in the evergreen tropical rainforests of South East Asia and southern China. They are arboreal and spend most of their time in the forest canopy.
