With this pattern you can crochet the Hero of Canton himself, Jayne Cobb. He comes complete with his gun in a holster, and, of course, his very cunning hat.

The pattern is suitable for crocheters with a little experience. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow if you know the basic stitches and techniques used to make amigurumi. They are written in English using US crochet terms, and the list of abbreviations includes the UK alternatives.

Finished size: approximately 16 cm/6.5” tall.

Yarn required:
Use double knitting (dk) weight yarn, the amounts listed below are approximate. This is equivalent to light worsted weight yarn. You can substitute worsted weight yarn, but the amounts needed may be slightly more.

15g light skin colour yarn.
10g dark brown yarn.
10g beige yarn.
10g dark beige yarn.
10g black yarn.
5g yellow yarn.
5g orange yarn.
Small amount of dark orange yarn.
Small amount of mid brown and dark grey yarn for gun.
Small amount of light grey yarn for belt buckle.
Small amount of black embroidery thread or yarn for mouth.

You will also need:
Stuffing.
1 pair 10.5mm black safety eyes.
Plastic drinking straw to put inside gun.
Tapestry needle.
