The Jolly Roger cowl is a super quick and fun knit with a popular skull and bones motif done with the stranded knitting method. The yarn used here is a tube filled with soft cotton, so it is super soft and thick creating the look as shown here, staying up nice and crisp.

The blocked size is 21” in circumference and 5.25” in height.

Tubular, a bulky weight yarn.
60 yards, 50 grams a skein in a Polyamide tube, stuffed with a soft cotton.

Notions needed
US size 9 (5.5 mm) circular needle 16” (41 cm) in length.
A stitch marker to mark beginning of round.
Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing.
