Kabead hat was originally knit as a present for The Mother. The name is original and derived from her combination of names.

Kabead hat is both warm and pretty, the perfect accompaniment to cooler days when you’re meeting friends or family in the garden.

Worked from crown to band in the round the shaping flows seamlessly into the lace detail on the body of the hat and finishes with a complimentary asymmetric rib band.

The hat is customisable. You can choose both your circumference and preferred length.

Circumference
M 50cm/20 inches/L 61cm/24 inches
Length as written approximately 18-25cm/7.5 - 10 inches

Full directions are both written and charted.

Yardage is dependent on the size and length made.

A stitch marker is used to mark the beginning of the round, extras will be required if you like to mark pattern repeats.
