A parchment-coloured crepe silk yarn is used for this attractive hand-knitted collar and matching cuffs in leaf pattern. THIS attractive set of collars and cuffs in leaf pattern is designed to be worn on a dark frock of silk or light-weight woollen. Chalk-white crepe silk or cotton yarn makes a fresh-looking set for wear with black or navy blue; but pale biscuit, cream, or a pastel tone would be equally smart. The cuffs knitted from the directions given here measure 10in., and the collar 20in. round the neck edge. If a smaller set is required, needles one or two sizes smaller could be used to decrease the size without altering the instructions.

Tension measured over the smooth fabric is eight stitches to the inch.

MATERIALS REQUIRED: — 1 skein crepe crochet yarn, 1 pair UK No. 9 needles, one pair UK No. 11 needles, and one pair UK No. 13 needles.
