Note: The sample sock was knit in Ballet yarn, but to avoid alpaca content it can easily be knit using Fiddle Knits Dye-A-Tonic sock yarn.*

Gauge for 7.5” finished foot
34 sts & 41 rnds = 4” in stockinette on US 0 / 2mm

Gauge for 8” finished foot
32 sts & 40 rnds = 4” in stockinette on US 1 / 2.25mm

Gauge for 8.5” finished foot
30 sts & 38 rnds = 4” in stockinette on US 1.5 / 2.5mm

Use needles desired for working in the round in size coordinating to your finished foot gauge (above)

A twisting and turning pattern of knit and purl stitches creates the labyrinth cuff pattern. The pattern instructions call for two repeats (27-rnd repeats) of the stitch pattern. You can easily shorten the cuff to one repeat or work Rnds 1–27 another time if desired.

The top of the foot is worked in a 2x2 rib pattern to create a nice fitted fabric and a sock that hugs your foot.
