Inspired by the landscape around Marburg, a town with which everyone involved in this design has a personal connection, the Lahn Hat was created to celebrate the launch of Raincloud & Sage Yarn and their very first base, Origin.

Coming from happy flocks which spend their days in a valley near the banks of the river Lahn, this beautiful, sheepy yarn is the perfect match for Lahn’s minimalist design. Like a river with its smaller and larger streams, crisp lines flow from the brim all the way to the crown, creating complexity while still being easy to make. This hat comes in 3 sizes, each charted separately, so you can make one for each member of the family!

This pattern has been test knit and professionally tech edited.
