This table runner was made using the both “intarsia” method in combination with the “tapestry” method of crochet. In simple terms, rows of single crochet and color changes along with a carry along thread. There are quite a few good videos on youtube for intarsia crochet available, should you want to view them.

Pattern includes instruction and tips for how to do intarsia crochet, specific instructions for THIS particular pattern and a colored graph. “I Love This Yarn” brand yarn was used for this pattern, however any medium weight (#4) worsted weight yarn with comparable colors can be used.
