This pattern was developed while Linkage’s Sensory Bus was working with a dementia
assessment unit. It joins together the idea of giving people something to twiddle (as in
Twiddle Muffs) with providing a comforting cuddle. It would work equally well for a
child. For everyone it is important to sew the “twiddles” on securely.
