Inspired by Dante Gabriel Rossetti’s painting Jehanne la Pucelle (Joan the Maid), also known as Maid of Lorraine.

Top down Crescent shape shawl. The amount of yarn will depend on the yarn used and gauge (needle size). Testers used between 450m and 800m.

2212 beads for the version with 2 charts 2 repeats. Testers achieved various sizes measured down the ‘spine’ of the shawl towards the scallop, depending on the yarn , gauge and blocking.
