ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Maré Alta cocoon sweater is a fun and interesting pattern with a statement cable panel on the center of the back, super cozy and oversized. Inspired by the movement of ocean waves, maré alta means ‘high tide’ in portuguese.
The pattern calls for worsted weight yarn and is knitted flat in a big rectangle. After binding off, the piece is folded in half and the sides are seamed, leaving an opening for stitches to be picked up
to work the sleeves.
