Stunning lace stole with applied border and beads. Beads are added using crochet hook method and are optional.

Yarn used is 1200m/100gr.

Lace pattern has charts and written instructions.

Uses provisional cast on, russian bind off, knitted on border with double joins and grafting. All techniques used are described in the pattern.

July 2010:
There has been a bit of confusion how to work the ‘sss’ stitch. Work sss as follows: slip 3 sts to right ndl, move yarn forward between ndls, slip the 3 sts back to left ndl, move yarn to the back between ndls. The yarn is now wrapped around the 3 sts. K the 3 sts as normal. The bit in bold is the bit missing from the pattern. This is now included in the new pattern.

Errata:
The solid dot used in the charts means ‘knit’ (on Wrong side rows). This symbol has been accidentally excluded from the chart key. I do apologise.

June 2014:
There was an error on rows 9 and 23 in Chart A. These were corrected in the pattern on 15 July 2014 and update sent to Ravelry buyers.
Row 9 should be: Sl wyif, k2tog, yo, k1, B, k1, yo, ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k5.
Row 23 should be: Sl wyif, k1, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, ssk, k2, yo, ssk, k2tog, yo, k3.
