Miss Orchid Romper is knitted top down, starting with the back yoke knitted back and forth (while shaping shoulders with short rows) till it’s finished. After that sts are picked up across the shoulders to form the front yoke, then the body piece is worked back and forth till waist. Neck edging is then done, followed by buttonhole/ button bands, then the bottom piece of the romper is knitted in the round, and finally finished with decorative straps at the waist that are tied into a cute bow.
The romper has approx. 6.5-8.5 cm / 2.5-3.3 inches of intended positive ease at the bust area. The sizes 0-3m (3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 18-24m, 2-3y, 3-4y, 4-5y, 5-6y) are designed to fit a chest circumference of 40.5 (43, 45.5, 48, 50.5, 54, 56, 57, 59) cm / 15.9 (16.9, 17.9, 18.9, 19.9, 21.2, 22, 22.4, 23.2) inches
