Je suis Québécoise! Il me fallait créer un modèle de mitaines avec un fleur-de-lys, et ce, au tout début de mon parcours de conceptrice de patron. Ce patron était gratuit, et même si il est beaucoup plus complet aujourd’hui, il le restera. Patron pas pour débutants!

Fourniture: Laine grosseur no 2, 50 g en couleur principale (cp) et 40 g en couleur contrastante (cc) et, si désiré, un petit reste pour mettre dans le poignet.
5 aiguilles double-pointes de 3mm ou pour un échantillon de 32ms X 32 rgs pour 10 cm en jacquard.
Tricoté avec cet échantillon, votre mitaine fera à une main de 20 cm/8’’ de tour et 19 cm/7.5’’ de long (sans le poignet).

I leave in province of Quebec. I absolutely wanted to design a pair of mittens with a fleur-de-Lys. It’s was free at the inception, and it’ll stay free, even this is a more complete pattern now than it was in 2010. Pattern not for begginner!

You’ll need
Use a sportweigh yarn, 50g of main color (mc) and 40 g of contrasting color. I used a little bit of another contrasting color in wrist chart.
Double-pointed needles of 3 mm needles or for a gauge of 32 sts X 32 rows for 4’’ in stranded knitting
With that gauge, mittens will fit to a 8’’/20 cm width hand, and 7.5’’/19 cm long (without wrist)
