Description:

This is a modern-look, easy, baby or lap blanket with 20 separately knitted, mitered squares that are sewn together. A border is added after assembly. This afghan is knit entirely in garter stitch.

With its separate squares, and simple instructions, this makes a fantastic ‘take-along’ project.

The finished size is 40” x 50” (102 x 127 cm). A square blanket can be made from this pattern by omitting one of the short rows, for a 40” x 40” (102 x 102 cm) finished size.
