Autumn’s most beautiful cardigan! Three natural colors are combined in a traditional and timeless pattern. The wool’s natural colors are soft and beautiful together, but you can of course choose completely different colors - there are many possibilities! The cardigan has a light A-shape and raglan sleeves. The striped ribbed edges are perhaps a little unexpected but give the cardigan an extra detail. A key piece in the autumn wardrobe and an incredibly fun knitting! Morgonstjärna means “morning star” in Swedish.

Wenche Roald (@wroald) designs large and small garments, often in stranded colorwork, and strikes a blow for the use of traditional patterns. The desire to impart and maintain knitting knowledge and knitting tradition is an important driving force behind her work. Arv means Heritage in English.

This pattern is part of the collection Järbo Arv which consists of three booklets with a range of beautiful patterns from well known Nordic designers. Check out all of the patterns in the booklet link above!
