The Moss & Diamonds square shows off a beautiful combination of stitches. I knitted mine with a single Organic cotton yarn, it feels incredible.

While easy to knit, the overall effect is fabulous!
Knitted with a single organic cotton skein the square starts out and ends with a garter stitch edge.

The pattern is fully written and also offers a chart for the stitch pattern. The unblocked dimensions are 11” in width by 9.5” in height.

Yarn used
A skein of Organic cotton in a DK weight. 125 yards a skein.

Notions needed
US size 6 (4 mm) circular needle 20” (41 cm) in length.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge
16 sts and 26 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch, unblocked.

Techniques applied
Knitting, purling, binding off, weaving in ends and optional blocking.
The sample as shown was left unblocked.
