This basic, toe-up sock pattern is for Ladies Size 9, 9.5 and 10, average width sock, but could easily be adjusted for a smaller or larger size by knitting approximatey 4 fewer rows for each half size smaller.
Features include an anatomically correct toe for comfort, stockinette foot, gusset, turned heel, heel flap and 2X2 ribbed leg so they STAY UP and fit larger calves,
Gauge and sock weight yarn yardage are approximate. Go up or down a needle size to get gauge.
I recommend your TRY ON your socks as you knit them to get a perfect fit. When that’s not possible, the measurement from the tip of the big toe to where the top of your foot and ankle meet is most important. This is the length of the toe+foot sections in the pattern.
I’ve tested this pattern, but if there are any errors, please let me know.
Thank you!
