Nacre is a Tee with a little eyelet patterned yoke with a wide front neck that is worked from the top down with drop shoulders. The rectangle pattern that is used for the shoulder slope part and the decrease part from the shoulder width to the casual body width is repeated on the notched hem.

Although a relaxed fit, when using a shiny silk yarn Nacre becomes also a perfect partner on a summer evening to go out to a dinner.
I named the shirt Nacre because the color and the nice sheen of the yarn I used remind me of some dark mother of pearl buttons I found in a metal tin where my grandma kept her buttons.
