This doily which I have decided to name as “Nalini”, is a medium sized octagonal doily and can be used as a decorative item or can be mounted on mandala ring.

Nalini means Lotus in Sankrit (Oh my Lotus love..!!) More can be found on my blog here.

Pattern uses U.S./American terminology and will have written instruction with complete photo-tutorial.

Material needed:
Any kind of thread with a matching crochet hook.
Suggested thread: Size 10 cotton thread (50 g/306 yards).
Suggested hook: 1.5 mm crochet hook

The pattern consists of 25 rounds. Finished size after blocking will be around 10’’.

Crochet skill level is advanced beginner. You will have to work front and back post stitches, clusters, two stitches together split clusters and popcorns. All abbreviations, special stitches, and techniques are explained in written pattern and tutorial for stitches can be found on my blog here.
