CONSTRUCTION
This is a simple top-down neck warmer.
Begin by casting on at the back of the neck. Increase the shoulder line, and finish the back.
Pick up stitches from the shoulder line to create the front.
Then, pick up stitches long the neckline to form a turtleneck, with an adjustable length.
