Welcome to The Philosopher’s Stone Sock Club, a series of 6 sock patterns that are inspired from Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone.
This is my first collection of patterns, and so I wanted to keep to something familiar and close to my heart; Harry Potter themed socks!
Whilst each design takes inspiration from The Philosopher’s Stone, they are not intended to be literal representations. Hopefully meaning that they can celebrate your fandom in a subtle way, but still remain a beautiful sock pattern.

I don’t think any Harry Potter sock club would be complete without mentioning the Journey from Platform 9 3/4. It builds the excitement and anticipation of the adventure that is to come, as well as introducing us to one of my favourite fictional families, the Weasley’s.
The rhythm of the lace and purl are evocative of the swaying and movement of the train over the tracks, and make this pattern easy to memorise without becoming laborious.
