What to make with a single skein of super-gorgeous silk-blend yarn?

Objects Below is an airy stole with dramatic lace motifs. With lace stitches on both right-side and wrong-side rows, this pattern will provide an interesting challenge to experienced and novice knitters alike.

Objects Below is fully charted, except for setup and finishing rows. Complete written translations for all charts are also provided.

Gauge: 16 rows = 5” (in pattern, after aggressive blocking). Exact gauge is not critical for this project, however it will affect yardage needed and finished size)

Some early print versions of this pattern are missing the definition for s2kp:

s2kp: Slip next two stitches together, as if to k2tog; k1, then pass both slipped stitches over (a centered double decrease)
