Notes
Take the time to knit a swatch and wet-block it! This tank is first knit flat as separate front and back (identical) pieces, which are then seamed at the shoulder. The “ruffle” is picked and knitted, followed by the neck trim. This top was designed for a petite to average height person. It may appear slightly cropped in the photos of me wearing it and that is due to my height (5’9”).
