He might not blow straight out like ones you would see at the beach, but they did dance around quite a bit in the wind.

Materials and Details
Yarn: 350 yards purple ww yarn, 120 yards turquoise ww yarn, 20 yards white ww yarn.
Sample: 300 yards RHSS Lavender, 50 yards Red Heart With Love Lilac, 120 yards RHSS Turqua.
Crochet Hook: I (5.5mm)
Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in ends, 8” embroidery hoop or ring, 2 small black buttons, black sewing needle, thread, stitch markers.
Measurement: 14” tall x 12” across (widest part measured flat)
