This is a colorwork sock design with a delicate heart and leaf pattern. They are knitted top-down with a gusset heel flat.
All the profits from the sale of this pattern will be send to the Fondation des maladies du coeurs and de l’AVC du Canada (heart and stroke foundation of Canada)

My main inspiration comes from the album Folkore by Taylor Swift, but I thought it suited Valentin’s day pretty well.
These socks are pretty fun to knit since they are divided into sections of a couple of rows (often a division or multiplication of 14, cause..why not have some fun for Valentine’s day) These small sections are quite motivating, satisfying and give a nice flow to your knitting. Have fun!

The chart will create some long float. But don’t be scared, you can eighter catch often in a loose way, or do like me and don’t catch them for more elasticity!

This design is knitted with 2 colors of a Merino (80%) and Nylon (20%) fingering sock yarn. This pattern is in collaboration with Laines péché mignon, I use her Flocon and bois de rose foncé colorways.

There are 2 size 54 sts and 64 sts and need approximately
MC: 65 g (220m), 80g (272m)
CC: 15g (51m), 20g (68m)

Gauge: 28 sts x 43 rows
Needle 2,25mm and a facultative 2,5mm for the colorwork

I would like to thank my testers Julie, Angélique, Marie-Andrée and Sophie!
