Onemany is a diamond shaped shawl knitted sideways back and forth in one piece, from tip to tip in garter stitch with built-in I-cord edges. Two pompoms finish off this quick and easy shawl.
The I-cord loops can be used to close the shawl when wrapped by moving over the pompom on the other end.

Yarn

The shawl is knitted with a strand of fingering weight yarn held together with a strand of lace weight kid silk.
If you are running low with the kid silk, you can make the pompoms with the fingering wt yarn only.

100 g of fingering weight yarn approximately 366 m / 400 yards and 25 g kid silk approximately 310 m / 339 yards per 25 g.
The sample shawls were knitted with WoolWomen Merino Single (100% Merino, 366 m / 400 yards per 100 g) in colourways Pink Sand and Amber held together with Lang Yarns Lace (58% Mohair, 42% Silk, 310 m / 339 yards per 25 g) in colourways 48 Altrosa and 15 Copper.

Yarn

150 g Katia Concept Cotton Merino (70% Cotton, 30% Merino, 105 m / 115 yds per 50g) for single colour shawl and 75 g of two colours for striped shawl.

The sample solid shawls were knitted in colourways 108 Black, 141 Sky and the striped version was knitted with 119 Mauve and 125 Maroon.

100 g Gedifra Laura (65% Alpaca, 35% Cotton, 151 m / 165 yds per 25 g) for single colour shawl, for two colour shawl 50g of each colour.
Note that the yarn is held doubled.
The sample shawl was knitted with colours 3208 Light Pink and 3214 Terracotta.
