A triangular lace shawl, knitted top-down from a garter stitch tab in 2 x 100gm skeins of delightful Fyberspates Vivacious 4 ply.
This was a dream to knit - the pattern is easy to memorise and satisfying to work, each gentle row of plumes emerging gradually from the central spine and nestling down to create a classically elegant fabric. The yarn is smooth on the hands and spun to a great density which doesn’t twist or split, but blocks to a perfect soft drape, resulting in a fabulously feminine wrap which is bound to be a season-round winner.
