Pavonis is a big airy triangular shawl, inspired by delicate peacock feathers.

Designed to make the most of a single skein of gorgeous hand dyed yarn, Pavonis works up nicely in semi-solid or gradient dyed yarns.

With both written and charted directions and an intuitive flowing lace it is a pleasure to knit and beautiful to wear.

Instructions are provided to maximise the yardage you have available by weighing yarn. Alternative edge instructions are provided to squeeze as much size as possible from a single skein.

Blue shawl shown used 384m with a finished size of 145cm wide and 65cm deep after 3 repeats of the body section.

Red/black gradient shawl shown used 316m with a finished size of 138cm wide and 65cm deep, after 2 2/3 repeats of the body section and using an alternative edging
