Pippi the Party Kitty is a small bundle of fun! A free pattern to celebrate reaching 4,000 followers on my Instagram page. She is a quick, cute make and is ready to celebrate!
I made her using 4ply cotton stash yarns but you are welcome to make her in any size or colour combination.

Difficulty: Easy, US terminology

 A yarn with no stretch is best for amigurumi, I ordinarily use cotton or cotton blend.
 When changing colour, yarn over the new colour and pull through on the stitch prior.
 For this pattern, the following yarns were used:
o GREY = Bendigo Woollen Mills 4ply cotton in “818 Glacier”
o BEIGE = Bendigo Woollen Mills 4ply cotton in “816 Parchment”
o BLUE = Bendigo Woollen Mills 4ply cotton in “808 Arctic”
o PINK = Bendigo Woollen Mills 4ply cotton in “805 Pink Rose”
o MINT = Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/4 in “024 Mint”
 I use a 2.5mm hook with 4 ply yarn but everyone differs. Generally, the hook you use for amigurumi will be a smaller than for other crochet as you want the stitches tight.
 The yarn thickness and hook size used will affect the size of the finished item. My Pippi the Party Kitty is approximately 13cm tall (5 inches).
 I have used plastic safety eyes for this pattern but you may choose to embroider. Please ensure that there are no loose fittings.
