It’s Pooltime! Working with handpainted or tonal yarns can be challenging when they create color pooling.
Pooltime Shawl will help you to embrace the pools of color and break them up with a contrast color, and let you jump right in!

CONSTRUCTION NOTES:

  • This shawl is worked sideways which creates the asymmetrical shape.
  • You can substitute the sock blank yarn with handpainted, slow or long gradient, tonal, speckled, self-striping, or any other colored yarn.
  • The construction of the garter rows help break up any pooling of the yarn.
  • This is a beginner friendly pattern, only basic knit skills required.
