This pattern is based on the early 1900’s Quaker schoolgirl patterns of England. It has a little squirrel, stellar jay and flowers from my home in Oregon, a little jack in the pulpit flower from my childhood home in Minnesota as well as many traditional motifs. It includes corrugated rib, a small cable and a lacy rib on the bottom, with yoke of the fair isle Quaker patterns.
It is not a difficult pattern to do, knit up much quicker than I had expected, and was really fun to make. All charts are included.
