Queen of Diamonds is a beautiful beaded shawl that sits so well on the shoulders.

It’s shaping begins with a more traditional “collar” that allows the shawl to fit around the neck and sit on the shoulders securely. Two size options are available on the pattern. The small size takes 1 hank of Mariquita and ha 3 separate lace charts and one lace border pattern. Each step is easy to follow. The larger shawl takes 2 hanks of Mariquita and an additional chart is worked before the border pattern.

For the small size, approximately 75g (3 tubes) of size 6.0 seed beads were used in the pattern. For the large size it would take 5 tubes. Exact bead count comes to 695 (small) and 1576 (large).
