This is a rectangular scarf or shawl and is made in 2 stages:
First we will make a rectangle, knitting diagonally in Garter Stitch.
Then, we will pick up stitches all around the border and continue in with circular needles.
In both stages, we will change skeins, making stripes, without cutting.

Materials
2 skeins of any fingering weight yarn
1 in a variegated colorway
1 in a plain color
Note: you can use two plain colors or one base plain color and left overs. Just keep in mind that they have enough contrast so that the stripes will be noticeable.
3.5 mm / US 4 needle
9 stitch markers

Gauge
22 stitches and 36 rows in 4 in / 10 cm

Final Measurements
20 x 75 in / 50 x 190 cm

Aguja 3.5 mm / US 4
9 marcadores de punto

Muestra
22 puntos y 36 vueltas en 10 cm

Medidas finales
