Randonnée means hiking in french. It’s a comfortable cardigan that is knitted seamlessly from the top-down. The shawl collar and the button bands are knitted at the same time as the body of the sweater. Button bands are finished with an i-cord for a professional look. A cables pattern decorates the back of the cardigan.

20 sts and 28 rows in stockinette st = 4 x 4’’ or 10 x 10 cm, with 4,5 mm / US 7 needles, after blocking.

Sweater by Artfil, 100 % superwash merino, 200 m (220 y) / 100 g.
5 (6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10) skeins or approximatively 960 (1060, 1230, 1400, 1600, 1770, 1920) m of worsted weight yarn.
* Those sizes used all of the skeins mentioned. You will need an extra skein if you plan on lengthening the body or the sleeves.

Needles and accessories
4.5 mm / US 7 and 4 mm / US 6 circular knitting needles.
Tapestry needle, cable needle and stitch markers.
8 to 10 buttons (18 mm).

Randonnée est un cardigan confortable qui se tricote du haut vers le bas, sans couture. Le col châle et les bandes de boutonnage se tricotent en même temps que le reste du chandail.
