This cowl / neck warmer features traditional Fair Isle color patterns and is knit in the round.

Two colors of Brown Sheep Nature Spun in sport weight (Salmon and Grey Heather) form the patterns and are reversed mid-way in the design to create the illusion of a reflection.

This is a suitable project for someone relatively new to color stranded knitting, as only two colors are involved throughout.

I used less than one skein of the Brown Sheep Nature Spun sport weight in Salmon and less than one skein in Grey Heather to make this cowl. The needle used was a US4 (3.5mm) 16 in (40cm) circular.

This is a perfect project to build your stranded knitting skills!
