RhombIcus is a triangular shawl knitted from side to side.
This is an adjustable shawl, which could be smaller or bigger. The contrasting color is optional as the pattern made with contrasting color.
The knitter, just simply, can finish the shawl after main pattern. However, the contrasting color adds some charm to the item. The shawl could be worn in different ways - could be fully spread shawl, could be folded couple times and thrown over the shoulders like a scarf or wrapped around the neck in a cold day like a cowl.
