RHUE - a simple and handsome sweater in fisherman’s guernsey style in Shetland wool. Suitable for both men and ladies. The model’s name is a Scottish place name. The location is between Ullapool and Ardmair on the west coast of Scotland.
The welt and cuffs and the neckline are 2/2 rib. The pattern consists of a knit/purl pattern on the body and on the yoke there are small twists between herringbone patterns. Knit on circular needles up to the armhole. The pattern is written in detail with charts.
The model is suitable to work flat.
Required skill level from 1 (basic) to 5 (advanced): 3↑.
The measurements given throughout the pattern are all in cm as well as inches.
Yarn: this design applies for a 2ply Jumper Weignt wool, 25 g = ca. 115 meters. To use 400 - 450 - 550 - 700 g (for gents model it takes 100 g more each size).
