At the start, Riddy was meant to be a sweater. But as soon as it came to life on my needles, I knew it also needed to exist as a cardigan. I couldn’t choose just one, so now you get both.

Riddy comes in two versions, bundled into a single pattern. Two options that complement each other perfectly, giving you the freedom to match your mood and your style.

It is worked seamlessly from the top down, in one piece. The signature detail is a delicate twisted-stitch cable running along the raglan lines, adding just the right amount of texture and elegance to this clean, timeless design.
 
To highlight its cosy spirit, I chose one of my favorite yarns: Confetti by La Bien Aimée. Its tweedy look, sprinkled with colorful flecks, brings a subtle vintage touch that makes the design feel both modern and nostalgic.

Je l’ai d’abord imaginé en pull, mais très vite, il m’est apparu qu’il devait aussi exister en gilet. Impossible de choisir : il me fallait les deux. Riddy est donc décliné deux versions, réunies dans un seul et même patron. Deux versions complémentaires, pour varier les styles et les envies.

Il se tricote d’une pièce, du haut vers le bas, sans coutures. Son détail signature réside dans une élégante torsade en mailles torses qui accompagne les lignes de raglan et vient apporter juste ce qu’il faut de relief et de caractère à ce joli basique.

Pour accentuer le côté cocon, j’ai choisi un fil que j’aime énormément : la Confetti de La Bien Aimée. Son rendu tweedé, avec ses petites touches colorées, amène une note vintage et subtile qui souligne parfaitement l’esprit du modèle.
