Time to get cozy in our crafting pajamas, we’re hooking up Rilakkuma. This pattern will guide you through making your own little relaxed bear. This is a pretty easy pattern to practice your sewing skills. Since this pattern is really simple, there is a ton of room for customization. Yarn:
Knit Picks Wool of the AndesTM Sport in Camel Heather

Materials:
1.1mm steel hook
Yellow Felt Fabric
White Felt Fabric
Plastic Eyes (Can use black felt fabric or black embroidery thread instead)
Black Embroidery Thread
Yellow, White, and Black sewing thread
Poly FiberFill
Sewing needle for thread and yarn
Scissors
Optional: Keychain or Cell Phone Strap

Stitch Key:
sc - single crochet
st - stitch
inc - sc 2 into one st to increase
rep * - repeat from where the * several times.
dec - sc next 2 st together to decrease

Notes: The head is made from the top down. We will be sewing on the ears on the side of the head with the magic circle. Having a reference that you like is really recommended. Add the face and ears before completely filling and closing the head, it’ll be easier to sew in and out of the opening and it might be required if you are putting in safety eyes. Trust me, I forgot so I had to hot glue the eyes and now there’s a weird white crust around one of his eye.
