Ruby is a charming reindeer ready to bring some festive cheer! She is knitted flat on two needles and sewn together, making her a fun and enjoyable project. Her pretty removable dress is also knitted flat, so Ruby can be dressed up for Christmas or given a whole wardrobe of little outfits. A lovely handmade toy to gift, display, or treasure for years to come.

MATERIALS:red DK yarn approximately: 15 - 20 g
beige DK yarn approximately: 15 - 20 g
green DK yarn approximately: 10 g
cream DK yarn approximately: 5 g
white DK yarn approximately: 3 g
handful brown DK yarn for the antlers
black and white strong threads for embroidery

KNITTING GAUGE: 24 sts and 28 rows to 10 x 10 cm = 4” x 4” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 2.5 mm needles.
Gauge is not critical for this project. Work tight enough to make sure the stuffing would not show through the stitches.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 23 cm/ 9’’ (without the antlers)
The size will vary based on yarn type, needle size and your personal tension.
