The inspiration for these socks was the classic Ruby Tuesday by the Rolling Stones. A song about people falling in love and leaving each other again, about regrets for not being able to keep your loved one, so I picked a cable pattern to resemble paths that cross but that finally drift apart from each other at the toe.

These socks are worked from the cuff down with heel flap and gusset. The all-over Mini Cables pattern is continued onto the heel flap. The knitter can choose to work the cable patterns from charts or written instructions.
