Notions needed
US size 17 (12 mm) circular needle 29” (74 cm) in length.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge: 9 sts and 11 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch.

Techniques applied: Knitting, purling, lace knitting, increasing for the ruffle, stretchy bind off, weaving in ends and blocking.
