Welcome to my newly designed and actually my favourite pair of cuff-down socks. Start knitting at the cuff, then work the leg and heel flap, turn the heel using short rows, create the gusset, knit the foot of socks, finish with short, medium or long wedge toe and that’s it.
The pattern stitch itself is super simple but more engaging than plain stockinette and is very addictive. Easy peasy! I also like that the lengths of foot and leg of the socks are totally adjustable!
Solid or semi-solid yarn shows off the pattern best and nicely.
